Position Description

CHM Mobile Care is seeking a Wound Care Nurse to provide direct patient care in post-acute and home settings in the greater Lexington, KY area. This role will work in conjunction with our Nurse Practitioners and Physicians.

Our focus is to provide quality patient care, ensuring the safety and comfort of each patient and seeing them through to the best possible healthcare outcome. This requires treating each patient with dignity and respect, providing education on care and identifying signs of infection.

To qualify for this role, you will have:

ADN or BSN degree from an accredited nursing curriculum.
A current and unencumbered nursing license in Kentucky.
An active BLS certification.
Wound care certification or at least 2 years of wound care experience.
Ability to travel throughout the area.
An excellent bedside manner.
